LEARNING FROM THE WILD FLOWERS
a flower of an uncultivated variety or a flower growing freely without human intervention.
7 INSPIRING LEARNINGS FROM WILDFLOWERS ...
Wildflowers are not intentionally seeded or planted.
Whilst their is power in goal setting and being intentional, their is also great beauty in 'the path of least resistance'. Unlike cultivated or purpose planted gardens, wildflowers are natural and flourish wherever they may happen to be. By all means set goals. Have dreams. Take action. But also take gentle notice of being beautiful wherever you may be and doing what comes easily to you.
Wildflowers are not afraid of dry ground.
Although beautiful and delicate to look at, wildflowers are strong. They most often grow from dry ground. Perfect conditions are a rarity in life. Let's be like wildflowers and be grateful if we walk in beautiful soil but not be nervous to grow if we find ourselves in dry ground. Like wildflowers, YOU were born to grow.
Wildflowers know that colour is best.
Wildflowers are NOT a dull spectrum of brown, grey or black. That is the space that they have come from. Wildflowers know the energy of colour and want to share it with the world. Wear pink lipstick today!
Wildflowers have the intention and purpose of being beautiful.
Imagine your soul purpose being to bring beauty to the world. That is your only focus. How would you do it? What would your colour be. Wildflowers are beautiful. And that's what they were created for. YOU are beautiful too. Have you considered that this is what you were created for?
Wildflowers surround themselves with their sisters.
It's a rare find ~ one wildflower. Mostly they are sitting pretty with their sisters. They know the power of a likeminded sisterhood. One wildflower is beautiful, but when a group get together … magic happens.
Wildflowers wait patiently until it's their season to bloom.
Wildflowers know that they won't (and don't have to) bloom 365 days a year. They know they have a time for seeding, for growing … before they bloom. Not only do they know this, they're never in a hurry. They know their bloom time will come if they do their time and enjoy their growth season.
Wildflowers lay a path for more wildflowers.
A beautiful wildflower will certainly have her season. She will be colourful and bring beauty to the world. It is interesting though that from one beautiful wildflower lay seeds for many future wildflowers. Wildflowers carefully lay seed for future generations … because they want the beauty to continue on.
